Who we are

Boulder Crest Construction is a California-based general contracting company specializing in high-quality residential construction, renovations, and exterior improvements. We work with homeowners, investors, and property owners who value clear communication, solid craftsmanship, and projects that are built correctly the first time.

Our team focuses on decks and balconies, siding and exterior upgrades, and ADU and renovation projects. We are experienced in working within California’s complex permitting and inspection environment and pride ourselves on delivering work that meets current building codes, safety requirements, and best practices.

What sets Boulder Crest apart is a disciplined, professional approach to construction. We emphasize detailed scopes of work, realistic budgets, and proactive problem-solving throughout every phase of a project. Clients know what to expect, when to expect it, and why decisions are being made—no surprises, no guesswork.

Boulder Crest Construction was founded to bring a higher standard of accountability and transparency to residential construction. Whether we’re upgrading a single deck or managing a larger renovation, our goal is the same: durable, well-executed work that adds long-term value to your property.
